REFUND & EXCHANGE

 

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from receiving your order.


Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange

 

  • How to start: Send us a message on Instagram with your order number.
  • Video Check: Our team may request a clear video of the product before approval (this is an initial review and does not mean the request is approved yet).
  • Pickup: Once approved, we arrange a courier to collect the item from your location.

Step 2: Return & Inspection

 

  • Warehouse: The item must first arrive at our warehouse.
  • Final Inspection: After receiving the item, it will be carefully inspected. This step determines if your request is accepted.
To qualify, items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, washing, or any signs of use
Items showing usage or damage will not be accepted.

Step 3: Shipping Responsibility

 

  • Manufacturing Defect: MXIRO covers all shipping costs (return & reshipment).
  • No Defect / Change of Mind: Customer covers shipping fees.

Step 4: Exchange Rules

 

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days under the same conditions.
  • If the new item is more expensive, the price difference + shipping is paid to the courier.
  • If the new item is less expensive, the difference is adjusted + shipping fees apply.
  • Full product exchange is allowed.

Step 5: Finalizing Your Refund

 

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after final inspection.
  • Refund method: Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
  • MXIRO reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions above.
